Glenn Sladek is the principal fabricator and technician at Slade-Kraft.  

Prior to providing fabrication and repair services to vessel owners, Glenn had a lengthy career as a marine damage appraiser with a major insurer of recreational vessels. During his role inspecting and evaluating damages on vessels of various sizes, one thing became apparent to Glenn:  The quality and pricing of the services provided to boatowners was varied and inconsistent within the marine service and repair industry.
